Malmö Station
Personal project to learn more about enviromental art pipeline.
Models made in Maya
Summary:
Using a the architechture from Malmö Central station I wanted to create a emotion that something had gone amiss.
Due to the specific setting I had to create all but a few non-vital models from scratch.
I used both my own materials and imported ones which I modifed to suit my needs.
The scene has been used by the animation class at The Game Assembly as a setting for cinematic training exercises.

Starting it up
I travel by Malmö C every day on my way to work. I like the feel of the station, especially the arced older parts.
The arcs and the open glass ceiling creates a light and feel to the large stucture that I wanted to capture in a scene.

Asset Creation
Malmö Central is a special place and I had to model and texture a majority of the assets myself.
Luckily the station is on my way to work witch made research easier.
